The One World Club in The Mitre Pub in Greenwich provides a free evening of varied entertainment in a convivial and congenial atmosphere. Variety is always built in because the club is open to any type of talented performer and not just music. At any one evening you could hear poetry, prose or watch a little dance or drama as well as being entertained by talented jazz, contemporary, traditional, folk or world performers. At the moment we are organising preliminary sessions every Thursday night at 8.00pm in the Bar upstairs to build up a repertory company.
In 2009 we are inviting selected guests every month to maintain variety.
